Visual Wings (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an independent freelance design studio providing services in logo design, branding, video production, and graphic design.
By engaging with our services, you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Project Scope & Deliverables
- The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement shared with the client.
- Final deliverables will be based on:
- Project brief
- Client questionnaire
- Agreed specifications
2. Video Duration
- The duration of videos will be determined after the client completes the project questionnaire.
- Any changes to video length beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
3. Deadlines
- An estimated delivery timeline will be provided at the time of quotation.
- While we make every effort to meet deadlines, Visual Wings is not liable for delays caused by:
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Client delays in providing feedback
- Changes in project scope
- Any anticipated delays will be communicated promptly.
4. Payment Terms
- Part 1: 60% of the project fee is payable in advance to initiate work (scriptwriting, design concepts, etc.).
- Part 2: The remaining 40% must be paid within 7 days of draft approval.
- Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment is received.
- Payments are non-refundable once production work has commenced.
5. Feedback & Approvals
- Clients must provide feedback on drafts (scripts, designs, videos) within 2 business days of receipt.
- Delayed feedback may extend project timelines.
- Approvals must be given in writing (email confirmation).
6. Revisions
- Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope.
- Major revisions, complete reworks, or changes after approval will be subject to additional charges.
- The number of free revisions (if applicable) will be specified in the project proposal.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made via email within 10 days of the project start date.
- In such cases, a refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting production costs incurred up to that point.
- No refunds will be issued once the project has reached final delivery stages.
8. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables.
- Visual Wings retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials, subject to the client’s prior written consent.
- Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of Visual Wings.
9. Amendments to Terms
- Visual Wings reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically before placing new orders.
